  NKMZ produces a variety of forging machines which enable the customers to obtain forgings from 1 up to 120 tons in weight made of carbon and alloyed steel ingots weighing up to 170 tons.
   JSC «NKMZ» designs, manufactures and supplies automated forging complexes based on hydraulic presses.    Thus, starting from year 2010 NKMZ has been using new automated forging complex on the base of 50 MN press consisting of the following equipment manufactured at NKMZ:  •Hydraulic forging press with the capacity 50 ÌN
 •Forging manipulator with load-lifting capacity 70t, with max torque 200 tõm
 •Tool manipulator ÌÈ 5000/6
 •Walking-beam heating furnaces 3,9õ8,7
 •Walking-beam heat-treatment furnaces 3,9õ10,5
 •Forging crane with lifting capacity 120+40 t
 •Pump and accumulator station with operating pressure 32 ÌPà
 •Control hydraulic system
 •complex process control system
