  Upgrading of the crushing machines is one of the efficient means of the mineral ore processing equipment cost reduction.
  Until the 90-s of the 20-th century, our company manufactured the cone-type and rotary crushers. Then, the range of crushers being manufactured was extended.

CONE-TYPE CRUSHERS

JAW CRUSHERS

  Jaw crushers are used for dry crushing of rocks with medium and high hardness and compression strength up to 300 Mpa.
  Crushers of this type are set fixed on the foundation.
  Crushers may be fitted with the discharging slot width control device.

AUGER-TYPE TOOTHED CRUSHERS

  There crushers are designed to crush ores and lump materials with the compression strength up to 180 MPa.
  Crushers of this type are simple in design, small in size (small through the height) and easy in servicing. They may be installed at the stationary, semi-stationary and mobile crushing stations.
    Advantages:
  • Materials apt to sticking may be successfully processed;
  • Minimum capital outlays are required for erection of these machines and special vibration-proof foundations are not needed at all;
  • Crushers feature minimum specific metal content.

DOUBLE-ROLL CRUSHERS

  Double-roll crushers are used to crush manganese carbonate rocks, coal, limestone, marl, etc.
  • Provision of a safety device which let the uncrushed material pass through.
  • Upon passing the uncrushed material, the slot size may be automatically resct.
  • Higher reliability compared to the conventional crusher types.

FOUR-ROLL CRUSHERS

  Four-roll crushers are used to crush coke or coal by squashing and partially by abriding them between rolls.
