Technical capabilities of press-forging facilities enable to produce forgings with the weight from 0,2 to 110 tons of forging ingots weighing from 1,6 to 170 tons, made of carbon, structural, tool and high-alloyed grades of steel.
Forgings are produced for machines of our own facilities as well as for other manufacturers of special equipment: hydraulic engineering, power-generating, rolling-mill, metallurgical, ship-building, automotive and aircraft industries.
Open die forging process is performed at automated forging complexes in technological coordination with heating, heat-treatment and materials-handling equipment under control of automatic process control systems.
