    Technical capabilities of heat treatment facilities enable to perform many kinds of heat treatment and to provide the products with required physical and mechanical properties:

         
 

  Big stock of new heat-treatment furnaces and units is equipped with:

  • automatic process controlsystems (APCS);
  • lining from up-to-date ceramic-fiber, refractory and heat-insulating materials made by Parok(Finland) and Keratech (Czechia);
  • high-speed burners with gas burning pulse system;
  • electric ignition system;
  • cooling air lances.
 Automatic process control system performs complete maintenance and stabilization of temperature rate in the furnace, according to preset programs of the heating, cooling and energy-saving modes providing temperature differential of ±5°C.
